"It was a classic case of a wealthy kid with a sense of entitlement thinking he's above the law," said FBI Agent Rachel Johnson, who led the investigation. "But we were able to gather evidence that showed Richie Rich was not only involved in the trafficking operation but was also using his family's wealth and resources to facilitate the smuggling."
