"Kaii" could be written with different kanji, but commonly, it's used for a seashell or to describe something lovely. "Otome" is definitely the female protagonist, as in "otome game" or "princess". "Kamikakushi" might be a compound word. "Kami" can mean god or paper, but here it's likely "to hide" (kakusu), so maybe "hiding the deity" or "the girl who hides the deity".
