Evan and Cid might be characters from a game, perhaps "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas," where Cid is a character, but Evan isn't a character there. Then I think of "Final Fantasy" games, but there's no Evan in those. Maybe it's from a less known game or a fan-made project.
